About retail:

JOB SUMMARY: The contact point receives marketing program information from unit leaders, responsible brand; Coordinates with related units to develop, deploy, manage, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing goals, strategies continuously in each stage.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
· Control the effectiveness of customer exploitation Marketing activities at provincial company level, ensuring compliance with brand identity (CI) requirements from the manufacturer.
· Deploy new product introduction programs, customer service programs by brand, regional brand events.
· Compile Brand Marketing and Sales Marketing documents.
· Develop sales Marketing plans by brand, by product.
· Liaise with partners on Marketing activities deployment and support policies.
· Develop Marketing Plans including Brand Marketing and Sales Marketing. Responsible for brand awareness, effectiveness of sales- supporting Marketing activities, and customer satisfaction.
· Implement brand Marketing plans according to global campaigns, requests from nationwide partners.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR?
Experience:
· At least 2- 5 years of Marketing experience (Candidates with experience working with premium product brands and a passion for large- displacement motorcycles are preferred).
Expertise:
· Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Trade, International Business, or related fields.
Skills & Abilities:
· Strong marketing mindset. Logical thinking, credibility in work.
· Strong team leadership skills.
· Ability to organize, allocate work efficiently.
· Market research skills, analysis of competitors&039; brand/sales marketing activities. (Candidates with knowledge of automobiles are preferred).
· Ability to plan/report effectively on brand/sales marketing activities.
· Fluent in English. Ability to present in English.
· Positive, professional attitude, eager to learn, responsible, and able to handle pressure.
