Job Purpose
You will guide the marketing team to deliver measurable results in traffic, leads, and brand awareness while upholding each brand’s unique identity and long- term growth vision.
The Marketing Team Lead oversees the execution of brand and campaign activities for all three brands under Bonario Vietnam. This role bridges strategy and operations — ensuring consistency in brand positioning, strong performance in digital and offline marketing, and seamless coordination among creative, content, and sales teams.
Key Responsibilities
Brand & Campaign Management
Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans for each brand aligned with company goals.
Manage budget allocation per brand to achieve ROI targets.
Oversee creative campaigns, seasonal promotions, showroom events, and partnerships.
Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms.
Evaluate performance of marketing campaigns (online & offline) and propose optimization strategies.
Team Leadership & Coordination
Collaborate with the CEO and Head of Marketing on brand strategy, product positioning, and long- term growth roadmap.
Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to ensure timely launch of new collections and campaigns.
Assign tasks, set sprint goals (2- week goals), and monitor progress through OKRs and sprint reviews.
Supervise and mentor the marketing team (content creators, designers, marketing executives, interns).
Digital Marketing & Performance
Monitor key metrics: traffic, engagement, conversion, cost per lead/order, and campaign ROI.
Oversee Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other paid channels in coordination with internal/external specialists.
Support the setup and improvement of marketing dashboards on Odoo, Meta, or GA4.
Ensure effective CRM lead nurturing and tracking across Zalo, website, and showroom sources.
Content & Communication
Approve content plans and monthly calendars for all brands (Facebook, Instagram, website, email).
Review copywriting, visual design, and video briefs for alignment with brand tone and storytelling.
Support PR, influencer, and partnership activities to expand brand reach and credibility.
Ensure bilingual consistency (Vietnamese & English) where applicable.
Market Research & Insights
Conduct competitor analysis and consumer insight research for strategic recommendations.
Identify new opportunities for collaboration, co- branding, or franchise/retail expansion.
Stay updated with home décor, furniture, and interior material trends in Vietnam and global markets.
Reporting & Analytics
Track campaign performance and budget utilization, analyze ROI, and recommend optimizations.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports summarizing key metrics: traffic, leads, engagement, and conversion by brand; provide strategic recommendations to management based on campaign results and customer insights.
Present monthly performance reviews with insights and next- step action plans.
Maintain data accuracy across CRM, GA4, and Odoo dashboards, ensuring marketing results are connected to sales outcomes.
