Marketing Supervisor (Assistant Brand Manager) - FMCG

This position plays a key role in developing and launching new products for the Vietnam market. The Marketing Supervisor will work closely with the R&D team, internal stakeholders, and external partners to build product concepts, conduct market research, and ensure successful execution from idea to market launch.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Development:
• Collaborate with R&D to develop new products tailored for the Vietnamese market, from
concept stage to commercialization.
• Adapt existing international products for local market needs (e.g., packaging, communication,

Market & Consumer Insights:
• Set up and manage consumer research to identify opportunities, validate concepts, and

• Analyze data and research results to make actionable recommendations for product
development and marketing strategies
Project Management:
• Lead cross- functional teams to ensure timely and effective product launches.
• Coordinate with factory, supply chain, and R&D during development and production stages.
Brand & Marketing Support:
• Support the Marketing Manager in developing brand strategies and communication plans for
new and existing products.
• Ensure consistent brand message and positioning across all marketing touchpoints.
