Ru9 is seeking an experienced Marketing PM to oversee our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be an expert in project management, capable of executing strategic marketing plans, and proficient in planning, budgeting, and team management. This role calls for exceptional management skills and flawless execution, critical in driving brand awareness and positioning Ru9 as the leading brand synonymous with sleep and relaxation.
Key Responsibilities
Position Overview
Influencer & Partnership Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners to extend brand reach and drive conversions.
Budget Management: Marketing budget planning, ensuring all the marketing activities are cost effective and deliver high return on investment.
Vendor Management: Source and work with external agencies or freelancers when needed, ensuring their works meet Ru9&039;s standard.
Team Management: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of marketing executives and creative professionals. Provide guidance, set performance goals, and support their professional growth.
Campaign Development: Lead the creation and execution of innovative marketing campaigns that drive customer acquisition and retention, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Cross- Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to create a cohesive and effective marketing approach.
Strategic Planning: Implement and execute the marketing strategy, ensuring all marketing efforts align with our core brand values and business goals.
Analytics and Reporting: Regularly review analytics and metrics, and provide reports on marketing campaign results, interpreting data to guide future marketing strategies.
Requirements
Excellent understanding of the digital marketing landscape, including social media, content marketing, influencer marketing
Proficient in using marketing analytics tools to track performance and derive insights.
Strong project management skills and the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Creative thinker with a customer- first mindset.

Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
