Marketing & Production Planning Control Supervisor

Material planning for lock set parts as per production & customer indent
Timely preparation of budger & LTS as per desired frequency with the inputs from customers
Internal audit point closure as per target
Timely payment collection
Daily tracking plan and actual production plan
Control document of Marketing, assure document system up to date, assessable & compliance with SOP/LATF requirement
Coordinate with CFT (PPC, Purchase,...) to follow the production plan of customers and meet customers dispatch schedule as per PO request
Market intelligence and competitor information to update India corportate on the activities in Viet Nam market
100% customer recovery for ECRN/Premium/Inventory etc and maintain sheet monitoring
Manage PO, timely monthly indent forecast update and release to relate Dept
Make P.F.S to ensure new product development/product changes promptly addressed & progress on time. Monitoring & review with team in weekly NDRM
Understand customers, setting and maintaining good relationships with customers, ensure all customers&039; demands will be met
Submit quotation to related customers and get price approval, prepare POA

Experience: 4- 7 years relevant
English good communcation skills
