Position Summary:
Responsible for developing the overall marketing strategy and managing all marketing activities of the
company, with a strong focus on market research and competitor analysis to support business direction and enhance the company’s competitive advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Market research and analysis
Market(customer) segmentation.
Customer needs research and analysis
Market trend research and analysis
Competitor product, price, distribution strategy monitoring and analysis
Market strategy building and performing
Customer acquisition: Identify and engage potential customers through various channels to drive sales.
Product marketing planning: Develop comprehensive marketing plans for company equipment and products; create promotional plans to drive product awareness and sales.
Branding positioning and distinguishing points developing.
Event organization: Plan, organize and execute events such as exhibitions, seminars, workshops and corporate events.
Media channels: Maintain and enhance the company&039;s presence on media channels, including social media, websites and other digital platforms.
Sales activity support
Making sales materials
Building distribution expanding plan with sales team
KPI management and reporting
Setting and analysis each marketing plan and activities KPI
Regular report about market
• Market and Competitor Research: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities and
customer preferences.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key influencers (KOLs) in the dental
industry; Collaborate with KOLs to promote products and enhance brand reputation.
• Support other departments in developing and implementing cross- functional projects in line with
marketing objectives
• Control daily activities of team members and report
Required Qualifications:
Qualifications: University degree in Communications, Marketing or related fields.
Analytical skills: Ability to analyze data, evaluate effectiveness and make quick decisions.
Language: Fluent in English
Project management, multitasking and decision- making skills
Data- driven marketing mindset with a creative eye
Over 5 years healthcare marketing manager experience preferred
Studied marketing at foreign university preferred
Foreign healthcare company experience preferred
Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM
Management: Ability to manage time, tasks, and work independently and in a team.
