Marketing Manager/Director

● Building brand awareness and positioning.
● Developing promotions with advertising managers.
● Researching demand for our products and services.
● Identifying potential customers.
● Communicating the marketing plan.
● Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan.
● Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.
● Overseeing the day to day operations of marketing department.
● Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.
● Working with the business units to develop pricing strategies to maximise profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction.
● Supporting sales and lead generation efforts.
● Compiling lists describing our offerings.
● Developing and managing advertising campaigns.
● Competitor research.
● Organising company conferences, trade shows, and major events.
● Coordinating marketing projects from start to finish.
● Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, return- on- investment and profit- loss projections.

• Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
• High competence in project and stakeholder management.
• Ability to travel nationally and internationally of up to 20%
• Excellent command of English Language.
• Professional and proactive work ethic.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience leading and working closely with offshore development & Marketing team
• Proven marketing campaign experience.
• Must have good entrepreneurial mindset.
• Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Additional strong Language skills in Chinese and/or Japanese is an advantage..
• Proven ability to manage budgets.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Experience in marketing and running a marketing team.
• Attention to detail.
