Performance Marketing: Guide and supervise advertising campaigns on channels like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO/SEM, email marketing, and affiliate, optimize ROI, acquisition, conversion, and retention, closely coordinating with Senior Performance Marketing.
Cross- departmental collaboration: Work with Product, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to integrate marketing into products, collect market feedback, and improve user experience.
Lead special projects: Organize events, seasonal campaigns, or projects assigned by direct management.
Manage marketing team: Lead, assign tasks, and foster professional development for a team consisting of a Senior Performance Marketing, a Senior Content Marketing, and a Junior Marketing Executive, ensuring team efficiency and achievement of KPIs.
Branding: Develop and strengthen Bonboncar’s brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging, visual identity, and tone across all touchpoints (website, social media, campaigns, and partnerships) to build trust and recognition among car owners and renters.
Content Strategy: Direct communication strategy and plan the development of social channels. Work with Senior Content Marketing to develop creative content (blog, social media, video, email) to increase brand awareness and engagement, ensuring content aligns with the overall strategy.
Data analysis and reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, or CRM to track KPIs (CAC, LTV, CR), provide insights, and report directly to management to adjust strategies.
Market and competitor research: Monitor trends in the self- driving car rental industry, analyze competitors, and propose creative strategies to strengthen Bonboncar&039;s brand position.
Manage marketing budget: Plan, allocate, and control the marketing budget, optimizing costs to achieve business goals.
Develop overall marketing strategy: Build and execute a comprehensive Marketing Mix plan, integrating Product Marketing (product positioning, go- to- market), Performance Marketing (digital advertising, data- driven campaigns), and Branding (brand identity and awareness) to drive user growth and revenue.
