Marketing Manager

Position Overview:We’re looking for a skilled, creative, and hands- on Marketing Manager to drive and execute marketing initiatives that grow our brand and connect with customers. This role combines strategic leadership with execution, requiring the ability to develop effective marketing plans while directly managing campaigns, budgets, and deliverables. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Staying informed: Keeping up with industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscapes
• Identifying target audiences: Identifying potential markets and consumer needs
• Contributing to business goals: Collaborating with other departments to create marketing initiatives that align with the company’s goals
• Marketing managers often work with other departments, such as sales, product development, and advertising.
• Crafting messaging: Developing compelling messaging to reach potential customers
• Developing marketing strategies: Creating plans and campaigns to promote the company’s products or services
• Reporting on metrics: Reporting on marketing metrics.
• Managing budgets: Managing resources and budgets
• Influencing pricing: Influencing pricing strategies

Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
• Minimum of 04 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record in leadership roles.
• Strong analytical and problem- solving abilities, with a data- driven approach to decision- making.
• Strong knowledge of marketing channels, marketing strategies, and branding.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in B2B marketing and sales within the IT services or technology sector.
• Expertise in digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
