Marketing Manager (SaaS Product)

Managing Brand & Communications activities including PR, community engagement, social media and event marketing to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
Designing and executing Growth & Inbound marketing activities
Collaborating with the Product Team and BOD to develop marketing and business development strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives.

Partnerships

Cultivating strategic partnerships and participating in partnership activities to expand the company&039;s network and opportunities for growth.

Product & Performance Marketing

Conducting a thorough analysis of the user journey to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Identifying opportunities to increase customer lifetime value, retention rates, and referrals to foster long- term customer relationships.

Team Management

Building and leading a highly effective marketing team (including Sales function), focusing on workflow, operation process, winning team culture, etc
Coordinating with internal teams such as product, design, and customer success to ensure alignment and collaboration.
Establishing clear goals, KPIs, and OKRs to track and measure the performance of the marketing department.

Strong inclination towards data- driven decision- making, adept at handling both quantitative and qualitative data to track, measure, and assess campaign outcomes.
Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English (IELTS 6.5- 7.0).
Effective communication skills and adeptness in interpersonal interactions.
Minimum of 3 years as a Marketing Manager or similar roles in a SaaS company
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business Management, or a related field.
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Background in fostering partnerships, community engagement, and driving global business development (B2B).
Track record of effectively leading and expanding product marketing strategies for SaaS/technology products on a global scale.
Proficiency in utilizing CRM and Marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, Hotjar, etc.
A leadership style that integrates both creative and analytical approaches.
Plus:
Possession of strategic insight and a proactive willingness to drive innovation.
Previous experience in managing teams of 10 people or more.

Salary range: Up to $4000
Remote working days: 12 days per year
Annual performance bonus & 13th–month salary: up to 3- month salary (based on your devotion and business efficiency)
