Role Summary
The Marketing Manager architects 360- degree integrated campaigns to drive showroom traffic and optimizes sales conversion through data- driven insights. This role bridges Marketing, Sales, and Retail, leveraging CDP/CRM systems to maximize ROI and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
• Data- Driven Execution: Develop and oversee marketing automation and personalized campaigns using CDP/CRM data.
• O2O Traffic Growth: Lead omnichannel (Online- to- Offline) strategies to increase foot traffic to showrooms and agent stores nationwide.
• Sales Alignment: Partner with the Sales team to improve lead quality and provide toolkits (POSM, scripts, campaign logic) that enhance conversion rates.
• Integrated Communication: Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline channels while balancing performance with long- term brand equity.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team to improve execution speed and strategic quality

• % Showroom & agent store traffic growth.
• Lead- to- sale conversion performance.
• Effective utilization of CDP/CRM data.
• Campaign execution quality and timeliness
Requirements
• Minimum 5- 7 years of experience in Marketing, with at least 2 years in a Managerial role within B2C/Retail/FMCG.
• Proven experience with CDP/CRM systems and Marketing Automation.
• Strong analytical mindset with a "Result- oriented" approach.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
