Stay current with B2B marketing trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the outsourcing industry
Test and implement innovative marketing approaches while managing risk

Present marketing performance, insights, and recommendations to executive leadership
Paid Advertising Management (Google Ads & LinkedIn Ads)
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads platforms
Strategic Oversight of Core Marketing Functions
Implement account- based marketing (ABM) tactics using LinkedIn&039;s advanced targeting capabilities by job title, industry, company size, and seniority
Develop full- funnel advertising strategies that address awareness, consideration, and conversion stages
Leverage retargeting and remarketing strategies across platforms to nurture prospects through the buyer journey
Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular reporting on CPL, CAC, and ROI
Coordinate cross- platform strategies utilizing Google&039;s search intent with LinkedIn&039;s professional targeting
Manage bid strategies, budget allocation, and pacing to optimize return on ad spend (ROAS)
Create and test ad creatives, copy variations, and landing page experiences to maximize conversion rates
