Mô tả công việc

Building and managing human resources:

Participate in and take responsibility for the team&039;s recruitment, management, training, and development. Ensure both quality and quantity aspects are addressed
Allocate tasks reasonably among employees in the department.

Professional tasks:

Construct a customer experience model to ensure customer satisfaction and align with building the values that the brand aims for.
Research and analyze target customers (characteristics of needs, desires, pain points, interests, age, gender, location, etc.).
Control communication costs within the budget and limits, ensuring effective objectives and seeking ways to optimize expenses.
Collect, consolidate, analyze, and evaluate market information, customer preferences, and competitor information, providing proposals and recommendations.
Organize and oversee the production of marketing tools, and build advertising channels to gather customer data files.
Plan, execute, compile performance statistics, analyze, report effectiveness, and provide recommendations for the Director/Leadership Board.
Develop, implement, monitor, and optimize approved strategies, events, communication programs, and marketing efforts.

Yêu cầu công việc

Basic Requirements:

Experience in the technology and software industry.
Appearance: Pleasant appearance, fluent in communication.
Minimum of 2 years or more experience in a Managerial position.
Personality: Confident, dynamic, flexible, meticulous, careful, and sociable.
Education: Graduate from a college or university, majoring in Communications, Marketing, or Journalism. Training in practical communication and marketing, especially online marketing, is preferred

Skills Requirements:

Practical skills in planning, budgeting, and organizing implementation, measurement, and optimization for effective outcomes.
Statistical Data Skills, Analysis, and Reporting of Data Reports.
Ability to identify key marketing communication points, filter content, set up campaigns, target specific customer segments, measure, optimize, and organize marketing communication on various online channels such as Facebook (BM, Group, Profile), TikTok, Google, YouTube, Zalo, and more.
Excellent writing skills, proficient in various content genres.
