Marketing Manager - Italian Furniture Showroom

Position Overview:
As a Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to promote our brand and drive sales. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to execute multi- channel marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and enhance our showroom&039;s reputation as a destination for luxury furniture.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high- quality visual assets that showcase our products and brand aesthetic.
Create engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email newsletters, website, and print materials.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand awareness and drive foot traffic to the showroom.
Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and community engagement.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Plan and execute showroom events, exhibitions, and promotional activities to attract new customers and engage existing clientele.

Strong creative skills with the ability to develop compelling content and campaigns.
Fluency in Italian or experience working with Italian brands is a plus.
Strong project management abilities with the capacity to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, Google Analytics, and email marketing software.
Good verbal and written English are a must. (General Director is Italian)
Passion for luxury furniture, design trends, and lifestyle brands.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
2 to 3 years experience in marketing roles, preferably within the luxury retail or design industry.
