YOUR ROLE:
Join us as a Marketing Manager to fully build and lead our marketing function. This is a blank canvas for you to showcase your creativity and leadership as you develop marketing strategies that impress and engage consumers. With full autonomy and our support, you will startup marketing operations, assemble an A- team and take our brand to new heights!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Recruit and lead high – potential marketing talent to form a collaborative, productive team;
• Develop and implement robust marketing strategies that capture consumer attention and align with company’s vision and goals;
• Rapidly innovate and iterate on marketing initiatives to drive optimal ROI;
• Be a hands- on leader, directly managing all aspects of marketing from digital campaigns to consumer insights and brand development;
• Establish and develop the marketing department, setting a solid foundation for a dynamic and successful marketing team;
• Act as one of the key brand ambassadors, embodying the energy, creativity and spirit of our young company.
• Implement and analyse marketing metrics to gauge performance and inform strategy adjustments;

• Innate leadership qualities with a hands- on approach and a can- do attitude;
• Hungry to innovate and make your mark in marketing;
• Proven ability to create and execute successful marketing strategies in a fast- paced industry;
• 5- 7 years’ experience in marketing or brand management, ideally in a startup or high- growth environment within the retail sector;
• Strong analytical abilities paired with creative thinking and decisive leadership;
• Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and Vietnamese.
• Thrives under pressure and ambiguity, with solid problem- solving skills;
