Trade Marketing
• Coordinate with Sales to align trade strategies with sales targets and market opportunities.
• Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all trade activities.
• Manage activations, promotional events, and marketing programs with merchants.
• Develop and implement trade marketing plans to support sales growth and strengthen brand presence across partner channels.
• Maintain relationships with media partners and vendors supporting trade- related campaigns.
• Oversee the development and approval of POSM, communication materials, and design layouts.
• Handle communication risks related to campaigns to ensure timely and effective crisis response.
• Monitor market trends, competitor promotions, and shopper insights to optimize trade activities.
Digital Marketing
• Having skill to make video clip on social media, especially tiktok.
• Lead & control performance of agencies, art service & other vendors to achieve traffic KPI, CPC, CPO.
• Utilization of Google Ads Words, Google Analytics, other SEO tools for ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
• Strong leadership, performance tracking & team management of CS; Content, Event & Design team.
• Strong understanding Online User insight, digital marketing.
• Identify target segments to deliver optimal activities, programs offerings and value propositions to increasing active users from register.
• Plan and support for Online Marketing Strategy.
Others
• Production Video / Virtual Clip & support designing.
• Support Tech team on creating platform functions.
