Strategy Ownership: Design and execute full- funnel marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, engagement, and conversion.
Lead the Marketing Team: Manage, mentor, and grow a high- performing team of 5–8 marketers across content, SEO, performance, design, and social media.
SEO & Brand Building: Own the SEO roadmap, improve organic rankings, and develop a cohesive brand voice across all platforms.
Web3 Advantage: (Bonus) Build marketing strategies tailored to Web3- savvy audiences. Collaborate with crypto communities, influencers, and DAOs.
AI- Powered Marketing: Integrate AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, HubSpot AI) into marketing operations to boost productivity, personalization, and efficiency.
Campaign Management: Oversee the creation and execution of multichannel campaigns (email, web, paid ads, social, etc.) to drive user acquisition and retention.
Performance & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze campaign performance, and present clear insights with actionable improvements.

Familiarity with AI marketing tools and automation workflows
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and digital branding
Experience in fintech, Web3, crypto, or blockchain.
Excellent project management and communication skills
Data- driven mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, etc.
Proven ability to lead and grow a team, set KPIs, and delegate effectively
3–5+ years of experience in marketing, including team management

Nice to Have

Experience running performance/growth marketing campaigns
Community- building experience in Web3 (Telegram, Discord, X)
Background in tech startups or digital product companies
Strong copywriting and creative direction skills
