MARKETING MANAGER

Our client is an importer of functional foods from the United States. Due to business expansion needs, they are seeking talents for the position of Marketing Manager with job details as follows:
Marketing Strategy Development:

Research and analyze the market to propose effective marketing strategies.
Develop detailed marketing plans to drive sales and enhance brand awareness.

Marketing Campaign Management:

Ensure that marketing campaigns meet business objectives and achieve desired performance.
Develop and implement multi- channel marketing campaigns, including traditional advertising, online marketing, and social media marketing.

Product Development and Brand Awareness:

Build and manage PR and advertising campaigns to enhance brand awareness and create a positive brand image.
Plan and execute strategies to develop new products or enhance existing ones.

Collaboration with Other Departments:

Collaborate with the sales department to develop effective marketing and sales strategies.
Work closely with the research and development department to ensure that new products meet market demands.

Performance Evaluation and Analysis:

Analyze data and feedback to improve marketing strategies and achieve optimal results.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns, products, and other marketing activities.

Creativity and ability to work independently.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the functional food industry.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing or related field.
Able to work with foreigner in English
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Solid understanding of the market and consumers in the functional food industry.
