Market Strategy and Growth
Develop and implement social media growth strategies for the Vietnamese market (including Facebook, TikTok, Zalo, and other relevant platforms) to enhance brand awareness and user conversion rates.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize content, campaigns, and advertising strategies, ensuring maximum Return on Investment (ROI).
Explore opportunities for localized collaborations (KOLs, media partnerships, channel partners) to drive business expansion.
Content Management and Operations
Lead the planning, production, and distribution of Vietnamese- language content, ensuring it is culturally appropriate and aligns with user preferences.
Manage the daily operations of social media accounts (interaction, follower growth, handling of public relations crises).
Team Management
Establish KPIs for the team, monitor their performance, regularly review data, and optimize work processes.
Build and manage a local operational team, effectively coordinating roles such as design, content writing, and business development (BD).
Cross- departmental Collaboration
Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales departments at the headquarters to ensure the Vietnam market strategy aligns with global goals.
Requires:
Experience
Candidates with successful experience in the Vietnamese market are preferred.
Minimum 3 years of experience in social media operations, digital marketing, or business development.
Experience in market BD or social media operations is sufficient to meet any of the requirements
Have experience in team management
Experience in team management and excellent cross- cultural communication skills are a plus.
English can be used as the working language
Proficiency with major social media platforms in Vietnam and advertising tools (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.) is required.
Must be proficient in Chinese
Skills
Data- driven, with the ability to use tools (Google Analytics, social media analytics tools) to make decisions.
Proficiency in Vietnamese and English (for international communication).
Bonus Points
Established network of KOLs/influencers or local channel partners.
Experience in e- commerce, Internet, or Fast- Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industries.
