Planning & Strategics:
Work with the BOD relevant parties to develop a tactical marketing plan that identifies market niches and segments.
Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals and revenue growth.
Research prospective products in target Vietnam e- commerce markets and focusing the cosmetics industry.
E- Commerce Operation & Monitor:
Monitor and review sales production and adjust sales activities, and sales priorities to achieve set goals/budgets and forecasts.
Monitor progress and provide solutions to handle sales activities at each time.
Looking for solutions to grow and optimize operating costs of the ECOM channel.
Establish team sales goals and allocate key livestream teams to each member.
Implementation, management, and measurement of sales strategies and tactical promotion campaigns.
E- commerce: In collaboration with the Ecommerce Team to develop and mass- out E- com campaigns.
Lead, managed and motivated an effective e- commerce team and marketing team to achieve budgeted sales.
Brand Marketing Communication:
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic marketing plan for “Elem Formulas Brands” and “ELVA Film Brands” targeting B2C.
Manage Social media platforms with Branding Marketing Communications to ensure consistent posting and adherence to brand guidelines.
Drive brand awareness with Branding/Marketing communications and together with the e- commerce manager create a year calendar of activities and campaign.
Oversee all digital marketing resources, including the website and social media platforms, to ensure consistency and effectiveness in "elem formulas brand&039;s" marketing strategies.
Develop and manage marketing/sales budgets and maintain effective internal marketing communications
Manage offline marketing resources, including branding and advertisement campaigns, to increase "elem formulas brand&039;s" awareness and market penetration on MT, and GT Channel (Hasaki | Beautybox | Guardian | Lotte | Beauty World).
Manage and oversee content creation, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice and strategic marketing goals for GenZ
Other responsibilities:
Marketing: Along with the marketing team review and optimize operations indicators: Click | CTR | External Traffic | Conversion and Monitor format: CPAS | PMAX and Shopping on Website and Ecom Flatform.
Develop a human resources organizational structure and key performance indicators (KPIs) to periodically evaluate individuals for e- commerce and marketing teams.
Being responsible for training the E- commerce & marketing team
Accountant: In collaboration with the accountant team make Monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and expense reports.
Team structure: E- Com Team, Marketing Team.
Reporting: Making e- com revenue & marketing activity reports monthly/ quarterly reports and year report
Reviewing: Along with the Ecom Manager review and optimize floor operations indicators: CR | AVO | Traffic | GMV | Drop.
