Marketing Leader (Off Saturday, Sunday)

Be responsible for the team members’ performance. Create a dynamic, positive, and effective working environment;
Manage, execute and optimize marketing campaigns on owned and paid media channels;
Manage marketing budget and cost/expenditure to ensure efficient usage of resources;
Other tasks as assigned.
Be responsible for all marketing activities in line with inbound strategy and company objectives to maximize the conversion rate of marketing qualified lead, popularize brands as well as enhance customer&039;s satisfaction;
Collaborate with marketing agencies to plan and monitor the effectiveness of advertising activities;
Maintain and develop sponsorship cooperation activities with organizations;
Measure and report regularly to capture performance marketing efforts, make recommendations and improvements to ensure KPI/OKR is on tracks;

Excellent presentation, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills;
Have a strong background in Service Marketing and Inbound Marketing;
Ability to coach, motivate and inspire team members;
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
Outstanding organizational, planning and project management skills;
Fluent in both Vietnamese and English.
Optimistic, positive and resilient in face of adversity, high work volume and fast- paced tasks;
Especially strong with content marketing;
Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions;
Bachelor’s degree preferably Marketing/ Business or related field. Experience in the educational and international environment is a plus;

Professional training courses to improve management skills such as leadership, risk management, negotiation, design thinking, data analysis, etc;
Working time: 8:30 – 17:45 from Monday to Friday;
Creating human- centric culture, 90% of staffs are very young and dynamic Gen Z;
