Strategy & Planning

Ensure consistent brand messaging across all client- facing and internal channels.
Position GODI as a trusted and innovative agency partner for global clients.
Design and execute integrated marketing strategies with a strong focus on SEO and Paid Ads.

Campaign Leadership & Budget Management

Collaborate with Marketing Execution teams to deliver measurable client success.
Oversee multi- channel campaigns (SEO, Ads, Social, Content, PR, Events) from planning to execution.
Manage marketing budgets, monitor ROI, and optimize performance.

Analytics & Performance

Leverage insights to optimize strategies, propose improvements, and guide decision- making.
Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics (lead generation, brand awareness, conversion, ROI).

Team Leadership & Cross- Functional Collaboration

Partner closely with Product and Business Development teams to align campaigns with growth KPIs.
Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of 20 young marketers.
Create a culture of learning, collaboration, and accountability.

Market Research & Brand Building

Innovate and propose new approaches to strengthen GODI’s positioning as a leading SEO & Ads agency.
Conduct research on trends, competitors, and industry best practices.

Must have

High teamwork orientation – able to align different teams and stakeholders toward shared goals.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
Strong strategic planning and execution skills, with a business- oriented mindset.
Tracked record in managing teams and achieving measurable results.
Strong knowledge of branding, positioning, and market analysis.
Proven success in SEO and Paid Ads campaign management.
Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (agency or multi- client environment preferred).

Nice to have

Experience in digital marketing agencies or managing multi- industry clients.
Exposure to both B2B and B2C campaigns.
Knowledge of APAC digital marketing landscape.
Passion for coaching and developing young talent.
