Your Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with business objectives, enhances the agency’s market position, and drives revenue growth.
Build and maintain sustainable relationships and partnerships with key stakeholders, such as vendors, advertising agencies, and creative professionals, as required.
Work closely with BD, Designer, PO, Dev and Operations teams to align marketing strategies with business goals and ensure seamless execution.
Oversee and manage marketing efforts for agency services, products, and client brands, ensuring strong positioning, consistent messaging, and a clear value proposition.
Develop and oversee the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to maximize efficiency and impact. Monitor spending and ROI to drive cost- effective decision- making.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, innovation, and collaboration. Ensure team members have clear goals, KPIs, and career development plans.
Conduct market research, analyze competitors&039; performance, track software product development trends, and propose suitable directions for growth.
Requirements
Must have
University degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Deep understanding of branding principles and brand management.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast- paced environment.
Strong ability to plan, develop strategies, and take initiative in coordinating and executing tasks.
Proficiency in research, social media management, email marketing, and implementing digital marketing channels.
Proven ability to manage and scale a marketing team, set clear objectives, and drive performance.
Strong strategic thinking and market analysis skills.
At least 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the IT industry.
