Ensure proper guest relations and safeguard the company&039;s interests by resolving and taking appropriate actions on all guest complaints, issues, and suggestions.
Develop strong relationships with guests and counterparts. Additional responsibilities and duties will be assigned based on the needs of the business.
To be well- versed with Timezone’s games, products, promotions, and guest services and answering inbound enquiries via emails.
Exceed guest expectations that yield results and positive guest feedback.
Create one short video clip per week to support marketing and digital content activities.
Respond to guest messages through the company’s social media channels, including replying to page inbox messages and comments
Other tasks as requested by Digital Manager.

Yêu cầu ứng viên:

Fast learner and able to work with different systems (CRM) to review and address guests’ issues.
Good written and verbal communication in English & Vietnamese. Able to interact effectively with a diverse audience in 2 regions of Singapore & Vietnam.
Able to commit to 5 days of work per week and intern period of at least 3 months
Creative, resourceful, and cheerful.
Able to perform in a dynamic and fast- paced working environment.
