• Branding items: Samples board & Jobsite Banners
• Door gifts: Mid fall festival gifts, Tet&039;s gifts, Women&039;s day, Bags/ Handbook/ Average Thermostats...
Product Livery: Livery update & check
Price Declaration:
• Collect docs: price structure, contract, invoice, delivery documents, ISO, test report,...
• Closely follow up with agency and internal team for project milestones
• Quotation, liquidation & monthly payment
Events:
• Co- branding activities (Property Guru, Ashui, MTEs Savills, BCI, Architect Associations, SACA, VGBC, Universities, Interior Design Associations...)
• Key Account partnership programs (Coteccons Marathons/ Netherlands trip...)
• Colour Seminars & Coffee Talks for Architects

• Confident and dynamic personality
• Sense of responsibility and ownership in work
• Use good English in communication and reporting.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Experience using reporting systemssuch as SAP, DERP is an advantage
• Good at interpersonal skill & communication skill
• Result- oriented
• Final year of university or fresh graduate, prefer in Marketing or Business Administration
• Be proactive in work and have initiative and creativity in marketing activities
• Fast learner
