Maintain and update the hotel’s marketing calendar and promotional materials.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure alignment on marketing promotions, events, and brand messaging.
Key Duties and Responsibilities – Marketing Executive1. Marketing Support & Coordination
Assist the Marketing Supervisor and Director of Sales & Marketing in executing the hotel’s marketing activities and campaigns.
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Manage and update content across the hotel’s social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) following brand guidelines.
Support in running online advertising campaigns and tracking their performance.
Create engaging posts, stories, and videos to promote the hotel’s services, facilities, and offers.
Monitor social media interactions, respond to guest inquiries, and report on engagement metrics.
Content Creation & Branding
Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, visually appealing, and consistent with the Fusion Collection brand identity.
Coordinate photoshoots and assist in maintaining a library of marketing images and videos.
Support content development for the hotel website, newsletters, and digital platforms.
Public Relations & Events
Assist in organizing and executing marketing events, media visits, and promotional activities.
Support PR efforts by coordinating with media partners, influencers, and local tourism organizations.
Prepare and distribute press releases and promotional announcements when required.
Reporting & Administration
Support in monitoring marketing expenses and supplier coordination.
Maintain marketing databases, contact lists, and image archives.
Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and social media activities.
Collaboration
Support the corporate marketing team when needed for brand- level campaigns.
Work closely with the Sales, F&B, and Front Office teams to ensure marketing initiatives enhance the overall guest experience.

Job Requirements – Marketing Executive .
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital content creation (hospitality experience preferred).
Fresh graduates with strong creativity and a good understanding of marketing are also encouraged to apply.
Knowledge & Skills
Familiar with digital marketing tools such as Facebook Business Suite, Google Ads, and Canva or similar design platforms.
Ability to plan, organize, and execute marketing activities effectively.
Good understanding of marketing principles, social media management, and branding.
Basic knowledge of photography, videography, or graphic design is an advantage.
Language & Communication
Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.
Good command of both written and spoken English and Vietnamese.
Creative writing skills for social media and promotional content.
Personal Attributes
Able to multitask and work under pressure in a fast- paced environment.
Willing to learn and grow within the marketing and hospitality field.
Energetic, creative, and detail- oriented.
Positive attitude with a passion for hospitality and guest experience.
Others
Willing to work flexible hours when required for photo shoots, events, or campaigns.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
