IMC Planning, Execution & Reporting
Prepare accurate and comprehensive reports on marketing performance, sales (weekly, monthly, quarterly), promotions, competitor activities, and campaign evaluations.
Provide insights, recommendations, and key learnings to optimize future marketing programs.
Track and manage A&P budgets with timely and precise reporting (monthly/quarterly/yearly).
Responsible for planning and executing integrated marketing communication (IMC) activities for OWNDAYS.
Brand Marketing & Campaigns
Plan, write, and prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly social content calendars to support campaigns and strengthen brand presence.
Responsible for planning and executing new store opening programs, ensuring strong brand visibility and traffic generation.
Work closely with Designer and Brand team to prepare POP materials for promotions, ensure proper printing, and coordinate timely delivery to stores.
Collaborate with cross- functional teams (Operations, Product, Sales, Finance, Procurement, Legal, CRM, etc.) to deliver campaigns and activations.
Monitor competitor activities and deliver timely analysis.
Manage marketing promotions, in- store activations, and digital/social activities to drive sales and brand awareness.
Partnership & Collaboration
Handle dedicated marketing responsibilities for OWNDAYS as the priority brand, as directed by the Group Marketing Manager.
Work directly with influencers/KOLs when required, from proposal to execution, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives.
Propose, plan, and execute partnerships with agencies, malls, banks, and vendors to deliver effective co- branded programs.
Cross- functional & Digital Marketing
Coordinate with CRM and Digital teams to manage fan page content, digital campaigns, customer engagement, and complaint handling.
Ensure content quality and alignment with both regional and local brand positioning.
Review and refine creative content to maintain brand direction and standards.
Sunnies Studio (10%): Handle brand marketing activities including POP printing for promotions, social content preparation, and budget/expense reporting.
Other Duties: Perform additional assignments as directed by the Group Marketing Manager.
