Event & Exhibition Management (Lead Generation)

Follow up leads and transfer qualified opportunities to the Sales Department.
Organize and coordinate marketing events such as technical seminars, exhibitions, construction nights, and industry networking events.
Attend conferences, business meetings, and exhibitions to generate and qualify potential leads.

Project Shooting & Video Content Creation

Edit and produce short- form video content for social platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) highlighting Pebsteel’s engineering capability, construction speed, and quality.
Travel to project sites (factories, warehouses, industrial zones) to capture project progress, completed works, and safety milestones.
Coordinate with freelance videographers when required.

Market Intelligence & Sales Support

Maintain and analyze market and project data to identify trends and upcoming opportunities in the Vietnam construction and industrial sectors.
Support Sales teams in preparing sales presentations, pre- qualification documents, and proposal marketing materials.
Update customer and project information in the CRM system.

The candidate should be proficient in mobile videography and video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere, or similar software.
The candidate should have good knowledge of the construction market and strong business development awareness.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English are required; additional languages such as Chinese are an advantage.
Prior experience in the construction, building materials, industrial, or B2B sectors is strongly preferred.
The role requires strong planning, presentation, analytical, and problem- solving skills, along with a creative and proactive mindset.
The candidate must be willing to travel to project sites and attend events, including evening activities when required.
The candidate must hold a university degree and have at least three years of experience in Marketing or Business Development roles.
