Working time: Full- time (9:00am- 6:00pm), Monday to Friday. Due to the nature of the job, business requirements, or the needs of the organization/department, you may involve various time shifts to coordinate with Canada Team and be available in EST/DST time zone in case of such necessity.
We’re looking for a creative, data- minded Marketing Executive to help grow our brand and community of creators. This role is ideal for early- career marketers who love both storytelling and numbers, someone who can execute confidently, learn fast, and grow with the brand. You’ll work across campaigns, content, and community, blending creativity with experimentation to turn ideas into measurable growth.
Compensation: Up to 18,000,000 VND/ Month (Gross)
What you’ll do
Growth
Run small A/B tests to identify what performs best.
Plan and execute campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and user activation.
Collaborate with creators and partners to amplify reach through organic loops.
Analyze campaign performance (reach, CTR, conversion) to refine strategy.
Support other marketing and community- related projects as needed.
Content
Write and edit content from blog articles and product stories to social posts and newsletters that express the brand’s tone.
Repurpose long- form content into short- form formats for reach and consistency.
Community
Build and nurture our community across Discord, X, and Reddit through events and organic engagement.
Collect community feedback and share insights with internal teams.
Keep FAQs, resources, and updates fresh and on- brand.
What we’re looking for
Background or qualification in Marketing, Communications, or Business (Bachelor degree or equivalent experience preferred)
1–3 years of experience in marketing, content, or community management.
Willing to learn is the key.
Strong English writing skills and understanding of online culture.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable in fast- moving environments.
Knowledge of AI, Cloud Computing, or Web3 is a plus, but not required.
Curious about analytics- you want to know why something works.
