Job Description:
We are seeking a Marketing Executive with strong hands- on experience in digital advertising, website management, and Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE). This role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across multiple channels, building website projects, and driving customer engagement through marketing automation.
Operate and manage Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE) campaigns (Email marketing, journey builder, automation workflows).
Implement and manage website projects, including working with designers, developers, and internal stakeholders to launch and maintain marketing websites.
Research and develop customer personas and propose relevant targeting strategies.
Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize digital ad campaigns across Google, YouTube, Meta Business Manager, TikTok, and other platforms.
Manage assigned advertising and web budgets, ensuring optimal ROI.Support other marketing initiatives as needed
Analyze ad and campaign performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements aligned with business KPIs.Collaborate with BIN&039;s Digital team and internal departments to align advertising and website strategies.
❖ Job Qualifications:
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of direct experience in digital advertising + website project coordination.
Understanding of search engine optimisation (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM)
Hands- on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and TikTok Ads.
Experience using MCE (Marketing Cloud Engagement) or similar CRM/automation tools preferred.
In- depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Marketing Cloud Engagement (or similar CRM automation tools).
Practical experience building or managing websites (even with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, etc.).
Experience integrating AI- powered tools or strategies into marketing operations (e.g., AI- driven content creation, campaign optimisation, predictive analytics).
Analytical mindset with a clear understanding of campaign metrics and KPIS.
Ability to manage time efficiently.
In- depth knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Google Analytics. Google Ads Certification is a plus.
