Key Responsibilities
Perform other tasks as assigned by Leaders and Managers.
Plan, write, edit, and proofread content for multiple channels, ensuring accuracy and consistency in messaging.
Maintain a strong brand voice across all marketing materials.
Collaborate with the marketing manager to develop marketing strategies, including but not limited to email marketing, website content marketing, and social media marketing.
Develop ideas, create content plans, and manage content publishing timelines to ensure project efficiency.
Conduct market research and analyze trends to optimize marketing campaigns and content performance.
Coordinate with the leadership team, local technical team, and other departments to create marketing content for product features.
Work closely with graphic designers and internal teams to ensure high- quality content creation.
Reporting Line
Directly report to the Marketing Leader.
Escalate serious matters to higher management.
Work with internal teams to develop and execute marketing projects.
Requirements
Education & Experience
College degree in Marketing or a related field.
At least 1+ year of marketing- related experience; experience in IT products is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of SEO/SEM tools and strategies is a plus.
Ability to analyze and present content and social media performance.
Familiarity with social media channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.) and audience engagement strategies.
Fluency in English is a MUST.
Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of marketing and analytics tools such as Marketo, Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and content management systems.
Strong ability to write persuasive and engaging copy for marketing purposes.
Smooth written and verbal communication skills in English.
