Marketing Executive

Digital Marketing and Event (70%)
● Develop and manage a variety of content types like blog posts, company portfolios, case studies, emails, and social media posts. This task involves planning, creating, editing, publishing, and updating content across different platforms, including website and social media.
● Constantly optimize content creation to deliver product- market fit messages to
improve SEO performance
● Manage social media channels including LinkedIn, Facebook, and public listing
channels such as Clutch, Google Business, Upwork, etc.
● Collaborate with event organizers to ensure sponsor’s visibility and benefit.
● Execute in- house marketing events such as webinars, and workshops.
Market research (20%)
● Conduct desk research and gather data on current market trends in outsourcing development and HR Tech using digital marketing tools, surveys, market reports, etc.
● Collaborate with the technical department to stay updated about the company’s
expertise and service lines
Planning (10%)
● Collaborate with the Marketing team to support strategy planning for quarterly and monthly marketing activities.
Other tasks requested by Line Manager or BOD.

● 1- 2 years of marketing and advertising experience is required. Experience in both B2B & B2C marketing is a plus.
● Experience in FB/GG advertising, SEO, SEM
● Basic knowledge of 360 marketing & communication
● Team player with a “can- do” attitude, who exhibits a strong sense of flexibility, and project ownership.
● Business mindset, result- oriented
● Full proficiency in Business English (6.5 IELTS or equivalent skills).
● Excellent communication and presentation skills, combined with the ability to collaborate across functions.
