Marketing Executive

Job Purpose:

Ensure new product development (or re- launch) on schedule and achieve business goals as planned.
Working as part of Marketing team to build & develop strong brand awareness.
Make sure brand&039;s annual sales reach the goal with cost effective performance within budget approved.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist Brand Manager to planning & proposing to the Marketing Manager the annual marketing plan for the brands.

Monitor, update and analyze prices of competing products of the brand.
Update & analyze characteristics, habits, needs of target consumers of the brand.
Assist BM make and propose a marketing plan for 4P marketing quarterly with the approved budget.
Monitoring and updating advertising activities promoting competitive products of the brand.

Assist BM to make & execute quarterly Marketing Plan 4P for the brand under the approved plan.

Coordinate and lead the activities of all relevant departments within the company to implement the business plan of the brand at the given time.
Carry out and be responsible for design, advertising, communication and promotion activities as required.

Other regular activities:

Implement effective marketing plans through advertising and promotions.
Write reports, specifications and creative briefs.
Track consumer and market insights by reviewing metrics such as sales volume, market share, profit projections, pricing and distribution, and by conducting consumer research.
Manage external marketing partners such as advertising agencies, digital marketing firms and production companies.
Analyze sales data to update a brand or category portfolio, determine new products and delete underperforming products.
Carry out testing to launch new products.
Follow up market research, analyze market trends and competitors’ price.

Able to inspire, motivate and lead project teams to achieve outstanding results
At least 1 years’ experience in the same position
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
Eager to learn
Passionate, hard- working, open- minded
Strong analytical, decision making, influence, communication & presentation skill
