Develop and execute marketing strategies
- Develop long- term and short- term marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business direction.
- Plan and supervise advertising, communication, and trade promotion campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
- Analyze the market, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and challenges.
Brand management
- Position and enhance the value of Hanoi Milk’s brand in both domestic and international markets.
- Develop new products based on market demand in coordination with the R& and production departments.
- Ensure consistency of brand messaging across all communication channels.
Marketing team management
- Allocate resources effectively to optimize the results of marketing campaigns.
- Build a creative working culture that encourages innovation and collaboration within the team.
- Recruit, train, and manage the marketing team to ensure performance and engagement.
Budget management and performance measurement
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Plan and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost efficiency.
- Evaluate the ROI (Return on Investment) of campaigns and propose improvements.
Cross- department collaboration
- Participate in senior- level strategic meetings and contribute ideas to the company’s development direction.
- Collaborate with business, production, and finance departments to ensure marketing strategies support the company’s overall objectives.
Yêu cầu công việc
- At least 5 years of experience in marketing at a senior management level (Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, or equivalent).
- Creativity, innovation, and the ability to work under high pressure.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to assess markets and make data- driven decisions.
- Experience in the fast- moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
- English: Intermediate level
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields from Foreign Trade University, National Economics University, University of Commerce, or Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam.
- In- depth knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and online advertising platforms.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive performance.
- Good communication skills in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
