Work with the Factory, Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to formulate and refine pricing strategies that optimize profitability and expand market share
Understanding and developing budgets and finance, including expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return- on- investment and profit- loss projections
Work with Sales team to develop pricing strategies to maximize profits and market share while balancing customer satisfaction
Ensure DMS, CRM are used effectively and provide competitive advantages
Carrying out competitor analysis and consumer trends to ensure the company’s marketing strategy is competing effectively
Develop & manage the product and services portfolio to support the growth of all sales channels
Maintain effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives

At least 10 years of experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a Director or senior management position, preferably in the consumer goods, furniture, or retail sectors.
Innovative mindset with the drive and energy to motivate and encourage R&D, sales and marketing teams
Good command English
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications
Strong analytical capabilities, creative and strategic problem- solving skills, and the ability to lead a team while being easily adaptable to changes
