: Director of Sales & Marketing

BASIC FUNCTION:
Oversee and directs all aspects related to the property Marketing & PR Team in their activities. Facilitate existing client development and initiate activities to source new potential clients through innovative and exciting marking activities and promotion.
Engages in promoting or creating good will with individuals, groups, or organizations by writing or selecting favorable publicity material and releasing it through various communications media. Communicates key messages, often using third party endorsements, to defined target audiences in order to establish and maintain goodwill and understanding between the organization, property and the public.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maximize the brand & hotel&039;s positive exposure in local, national and international markets.
- Other tasks assigned by Director of Sales & Marketing.
- Create marketing plan aligned to brand & property strategy in consultation with Director of Sales & Marketing
- Do the monthly report of news clippings and other online, print, and social media channels.
- Develop compelling campaigns including advertising, promotions, public relations, graphics and collateral to drive consumer awareness
- To verify the hotel&039;s website and related websites are updated on a regular basis.
- Write and distribute all press releases for brand, property events and promotions
- Respond to media enquiries when approached for comments and/or reports.
- Manage the photo and video shoots, develop shot lists, secure photographer quotes, review images, post on image library.
- Manage the photo shooting & execution of brand & hotel events.
- Set up the development of corporate and property level social pages such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest, ...

Excellent leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in Marketing Communications/Public Relation or 2 years of experience within large scale international brand hotels/resorts.
Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
Willing to travel or work on site.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
Ability to work well in stressful & high- pressure situations
Vietnamese proficiency is a must
Detail- oriented and highly reliable in thorough execution and follow- through
