(1) Strategic Marketing & Branding
Develop and implement a 360- degree marketing strategy covering serviced residences, hotel rooms, MICE, and F&B.
Align with Ascott corporate office & other internal teams to execute area and global campaigns, ensuring consistency with brand standards and leveraging group- level marketing opportunities.
Position Ascott Tay Ho Hanoi as a premier luxury destination in Vietnam and the region.
(2) Communications & Public Relations
Oversee content creation for all owned channels (website, social media, newsletters) to ensure engaging, consistent, and on- brand messaging.
Taking charge of communications tasks, including media relations, press releases, internal communications, and brand reputation management.
(3) Agency & Partner Management
Oversee agency briefs, timelines, quality control, and budget adherence to ensure deliverables meet expectations.
Work with external agencies (creative, digital, PR, media) to develop and deliver campaigns, materials, and activations.
(4) Digital & Offline Marketing
Manage partnerships with influencers, media outlets, and cross- industry collaborators to maximize exposure.
Oversee digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, paid media) targeting key customer segments: business travelers, MICE organizers, affluent leisure travelers, and local F&B guests.
Develop promotional materials, sales kits, and marketing tools aligned with global brand guidelines.
(5) Revenue & Performance
Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and F&B teams to drive campaigns that increase occupancy, event bookings, and F&B sales.
Manage the annual marketing and communications budget.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, competitor activity, and market trends to optimize marketing spend and ROI.
(6) Events, Promotions, and Partnerships
Plan and execute key events, grand openings, product launches, and promotional activations to strengthen market visibility.
Identify and nurture strategic partnerships (luxury brands, airlines, event organizers) to enhance property positioning.
(7) Team Leadership & Collaboration
Ensure smooth collaboration across Sales, F&B, Rooms, and Operations for coordinated execution of initiatives.
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing and communications team.
