Marketing Assistant

Market Research & Analysis:

Track and analyze key performance metrics
Collect trends from various sources like Euromonitor, Mintel, etc.
Track and archive competitor activities

In- Market Performance Data Analysis:

Pre- process data for easier identification of drivers and drainers
Gather data from 3 markets x 2 sub- categories now to 3 sub- categories post body wash launch
Support analyzing performance data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities
Prepare detailed reports and visualizations to present findings

Agency Management:

Track and analyze performance metrics of agency campaigns
Prepare performance reports to evaluate the effectiveness of agency work
Monitor the progress of agency projects to ensure timely delivery
Set up regular meetings with agency partners to track ongoing projects

A&P Management:

Track PO and conduct GR for HQ A&P
Track year- to- date actuals and year- to- go plan phasing per market/per activity
Consolidate monthly A&P Landing Estimates per market
Create POs for creative agencies
Maintain new finance templates, splitting finance analytic codes to B&I granular descriptions

KPI Tracking & Reporting

Support preparation of performance reports
Assist in preparing detailed reports, presentations, and other documents
Help consolidate brand performance KPIs
Maintain and organize digital files
Assist with various administrative tasks as needed
Document Preparation& Management
Support data Entry and database management

Innovation

Manage launch tracker for all markets
Maintain and organize digital files related to innovation projects
Assist in preparing detailed reports, presentations, and other documents related to innovation initiatives
Coordination with Supply chain & Plant: Track Sample listing status, Artwork production

At least 2 years’ experience in marketing and merchandising for a retail or FMCG company
