Marketing and Event Assistant Manager BIDV Metlife Life Insurance LLC

Report to: Head of Marketing & Communication
Principal Responsibilities:
• Develop comprehensive plans to ensure BIDV MetLife’s high brand awareness across bank partners’ sales points.
• In charge of planning & execution for marketing campaigns (ATL & BTL activities)
• On special requirements, contribute to brand and new product launch campaigns at branches and to the public.
• Conduct regular market analysis and provide consultancy towards marketing strategies.
• Organize, schedule, and manage marketing events, including workshops, digital events, sustainability activities…and other inquiries requested by the Head.
• Lead marketing communications campaigns on social media platforms to generate leads & increase engagement, influence, and reach.
• Optimise the website to increase online traffic.
• Assist the Head of Marketing with developing multi- channel marketing strategies that help increase brand awareness.
• Identify partnership opportunities with influencers, affiliates, and other businesses to increase engagement and BIDV MetLife social shares.
• Work closely with bank partners for the implementation and communication of marketing programs in bank partner transaction points and communication channels

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese,
• 6+ years of working experience in marketing with a proven record of professional success and working successfully with multiple stakeholders,
• Proven ability to lead integrated Marketing campaigns.
