Marketing Admin (Nespresso)

Document Management & Processing (40%)
Maintain an organized filing system for all physical and digital documents.
Coordinate with relevant departments to obtain necessary approvals and signatures for documents.
Create and ensure accuracy and completeness of all document submissions.
Handle various documents including but not limited to AnP, invoices, contract promotion set- up & payment, and related paperwork.
Order Processing & Support (25%)
Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Resolve any order- related issues or discrepancies promptly.
Process customer orders received via Zalo, ensuring timely and accurate entry into the system.
Communicate with customers regarding order status, shipping, and related inquiries via Zalo.
Customer Service & Communication (25%)
Collect and consolidate customer feedback to support service improvement.
Escalate complex customer issues to the relevant department for resolution.
Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
Maintain a positive and professional tone in all customer interactions.
Support internal cross- functional alignment on customer- related matters.
Respond to customer inquiries and feedback via multiple channels (Zalo, Facebook, phone, email).
Social Media Engagement (5%)
Ensure quick response time and professional communication to maintain brand reputation.
Monitor and reply to customer comments/messages on social media platforms (Facebook, Zalo).
Reporting (5%)
Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly reports on document processing (payment, invoices, orders).
Track and report on customer feedback and common inquiries

Ability to withstand high pressure.
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
Good command of English is a must.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
