Marketing Admin

Brand administration (70%)
• Assist in internal system process (project creation, validation follow ups, ...)
• Internal & External Data/Report Collection when required (Sales Figures, Retail Audit, Consumer Promotion Report...).
• Assist paperwork signing process for Brand team (including Artwork circulation, promotion license submission, Contract, Liquidation,...).
• Support Marketing Admin tasks for Brand Team & Media team (PR, PO, Contract, Payment, Code creation follow- up...), monitor & respond to related matters.
Marketing Execution (30%)
• Assist the implementation of marketing activities, focus on BTL (POSM, Promotion gifts, Activation...).
• Assist to plan, execute and monitor Consumer Promotion campaigns, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
• Assist in developing Corporate Branding Communication in key channels (LinkedIn, TikTok,...)

Requirements
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field.
- Preferred minimum 1 year of experience in administration field is a must.
- English: fluent in speaking & writing.
Skills
- Proven experience as a Sales/ Marketing Admin.
- Ability for transversal management and to make proposals.
- Advanced MS Office skills with a focus on Power Point/Exel.
- Detailed- oriented, organized.
- Able to share expectations with peers.
