Market Controller - PSE

Perform variance analysis (Sales, cost, margin) at a detailed level (eg. Product, Customer) and drive or recommend corrective actions
Support the development of new tools/procedures and ensure implementation for own area
Ensure policies and guidelines related to own scope are followed and report noncompliant issues to senior Business Control Experts
Perform Business case followup (actual vs. initial assumptions, benefit realization) on investments and other business cases
Interpret financial information on costs, prices, expenses and revenues and make recommendations to senior management
Support the annual financial planning and forecasting process for the respective function, also by using economic indicators (eg exchange rates, inflation etc.)
Coach, advise or train Business Control staff and if needed stakeholders
Conduct and document complex financial analysis projects

Minimum of 5 years of Business Control experience,
