PROGRAM INTRODUCTION
“Mareso Future Leadership”
is a recruitment and talent development program initiated by
MARESO.
The program aims to nurture future leaders, especially targeting final- year university students and recent graduates who possess outstanding qualities, innovative thinking, and a strong desire to develop their careers in a professional, multicultural, and opportunity- filled environment.
OBJECTIVES
- Build a leadership pipeline in key areas within Mareso
- Select high- potential candidates from top universities
- Train candidates through practical, strategic challenges
TARGET PARTICIPANTS
- Must demonstrate: critical thinking, creativity, teamwork, a positive attitude, and a desire for sustainable career growth
- Final- year students or recent graduates (preferably born in 2002–2004)
- Relevant majors: Business, Marketing, Engineering, Technology, High- Tech Agriculture

PROGRAM STRUCTURE
Phase 1: Application (2–3 weeks)
· CV Requirements: Clearly present academic background, career orientation, skills, and motivation to apply. CV must be in English.
Phase 2: Screening & Challenges (2 weeks)
· Step 2: Individual or group Case Study Challenge based on real- life topics, with mentor support
· Step 1: Screen CVs based on criteria: Language skills – Problem- solving – Teamwork – Attitude – Foundational knowledge
Phase 3: Solution Presentation & Evaluation
· Evaluation criteria: Creativity – Feasibility – Presentation skills – Teamwork
· Format: 15- minute presentation + 10- minute Q&A with the Board of Directors
Phase 4: Awards & Internship
F First Prize:Receive a cash award of 30,000,000 VND and a 6- month paid internship at Mareso, with a monthly internship salary of 7,000,000 VND

Second Prize
Receive a cash award of
20,000,000 VND
and a 3- month paid internship at Mareso, with a monthly internship salary of 7,000,000 VND

Third Prize
Receive a cash award of
15,000,000 VND
and a 1- month paid internship at Mareso, with a monthly internship salary of 7,000,000 VND
Note: All interns will undergo a comprehensive evaluation upon completion, with the potential to receive a full- time job offer from Mareso.
