Operational Compliance Assessment
Assess operations based on quality, safety, equipment control, 5S, and Lean criteria.
Compare actual shop- floor practices against documented procedures to evaluate compliance levels.
Review mandatory operation documents: operation logs, traceability records, CCP controls, quality records, etc.
Conduct compliance assessments based on checklists, SOPs, WIs, QMS requirements across manufacturing shops such as Stamping, Body, Paint, GA, Battery Pack, EPT, Logistics, QA, etc.
Non‑compliance Identification & Analysis
Detect and classify non‑compliance issues; collect evidence including photos, videos, and documents.
Perform root cause analysis (5Why, Fishbone) and recommend corrective solutions.
Provide early warnings for risks that may affect product quality or manufacturing safety.
Evaluate risk levels according to VinFast’s compliance scoring criteria.
CAPA Management
Re- assess resolved issues to ensure prevention of recurrence.
Verify the effectiveness of implemented CAPA and validate closure.
Collaborate with Production, QA, ME, Maintenance, and supporting departments to develop and follow up Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
Compliance System Management
Participate in developing or optimizing QMS elements, checklists, and compliance standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives: Lean, 5S, PFMEA, Process Control Plan optimization, etc.
Recommend updates or improvements to SOP/WI based on audit findings.
Reporting & Training
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports for department managers and the Manufacturing Quality division.
Compile trend analyses of recurring compliance issues and propose systemic improvements.
Provide awareness training on operational compliance when assigned.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Quality Management.
Experience
Experience in automotive, motorcycle, electronics, or mechanical industries is an advantage.
Prior experience with compliance assessment or audit is preferred.
1–3 years of experience in QA/QC, manufacturing operations, process control, or internal audit.
Knowledge & Skills
Good communication, coordination, and cross- functional teamwork ability.
Strong data analysis skills (Excel/Power BI preferred).
Solid understanding of industrial manufacturing processes (preferably automotive/EV).
Knowledge of QMS, SOP/WI systems, PFMEA, PCP, Lean, 5S.
