Manufacturing IT Support

Provide IT infrastructure support for customers on client server applications and issues on Premise.
Lifecycle Management of all Solution Elements (Update Server, Add- ons,….).
Configure alerting to automatically inform about critical system states and review of log files.
- Quality delivery of services committed to the customer as per defined SLA and KPI’s.
- ITIL based Incident Management in ticketing tool.
Maintenance support such as: Install, Configuration changes , Patch management (Bug- Fixes, Updates, Security Fixes).
- Create concise, professional technical documents.
- Collaborate with support teams for network migration, firewall clearance, database support, application server backup and restoration.
- Provide 8/5 support (Mon- Fri, 9h- 18h VN time) and On Call readiness support during non- business hours.

- Basic Knowledge about Windows servers and services.
- ITSM process overview.
- Working experience in any ticketing tool.
- AV Scanner knowledge preferred.
- English: advanced level / good communication skill.
- Should co- ordinate and follow- up open tasks with different BD service teams and Plant teams.
- Version Dog Tool knowledge preferred.
- 5+ years experience is preferred.
- Knowledge about the incident, Problem and change process.
