Scope of Work

Ensure satisfaction with stakeholders.
Performance evaluation of the project – post delivery
Planning and Developing the Project Idea with EMT and other members across functions.
Identify and resolve issues that arise.
Establish a deadline and monitor the Progress of projects.
Manage project resources.
Custody the Project portfolio at GVL

Requirement

At least 3.5 years of working experience in managing projects, lean manufacturing, etc…
Good Communication: must be effective communicators to convey ideas, expectations, and information to team, stakeholders, and internal, external clients.
Organization: be highly organized to manage multiple tasks, timelines, and resources simultaneously.
Budget management: be able to manage project budgets and make informed decisions to ensure the project stays within budget.
University Degree in a business management, IT, Computer sciences, engineering .
Adaptability: be adaptable and adjust plans and strategies to keep the project on track.
Problem- solving: can quickly identify and solve problems that may arise during a project.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.
Time management: be able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to ensure deadlines are met.
Risk management: be able to identify potential risks and take measures to mitigate them before they can negatively impact the project.
Teamwork: be able to work collaboratively with their team to achieve project goals.
Leadership: able to lead project team to success by providing clear direction, motivation, and support.
