SCOPE OF POSITION
The Event & Partnership Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and managing all event- related activities and partnership initiatives for the Beach Villa project. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the brand’s visibility, building strategic collaborations, and delivering exceptional brand experiences to target audiences. In addition to event and partnership responsibilities, the role will also support the execution and management of broader marketing activities as required.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Event Management:
• Lead the planning, concept development, budgeting, and execution of all events (launch events, VIP private, lifestyle experiences, client appreciation events, media gatherings, etc.) to support brand positioning and sales goals.
• Work closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event operations, from concept to on- site execution and post- event reporting.
• Create event experiences that reflect the project’s ultra- luxury positioning and appeal to HNWIs and UHNWIs.
Partnership Development:
• Build and nurture long- term relationships with partners to create co- branding opportunities, joint marketing activities, and exclusive customer experiences.
• Identify, negotiate, and manage strategic partnerships with luxury brands, media partners, lifestyle platforms, and relevant organizations to elevate the brand experience and attract the target customer segment.
Integrated Marketing Support:
• Collaborate with the brand, digital, and creative teams to integrate event and partnership activities into the overall marketing strategy.
• Contribute to the development of customer engagement strategies and enhance lead generation through events and partnerships.
• Support the execution of key marketing campaigns and initiatives (content creation, media planning, brand activations) when required.
Performance Tracking:
• Monitor KPIs, prepare post- event reports, and analyze the impact of events and partnerships on brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales performance.
Vendor and Partner Management:
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of event/partnership services.
• Maintain high standards for event outputs and leverage external expertise effectively.
