PURPOSE
The Manager, Digital Commerce (Partnership) is responsible for the strategy implementation & coordinating the day- to- day execution of all activities within partnership scope. As an integral member of the team, he or she is assisting in delivering the highest level of quality to ensure that partnership initiatives & strategies will generate the healthy business results as aligned.
KEY ACCOUNTAIBILITIES
- Coordinate in identifying and approach new potentials partners.
- Evaluate the performance of partners and recommend improvements.
- Develop partners presentations and provide support when needed to partners.
- Coordinate in planning and managing compelling campaign and business activities with partners.
- Cooperate in managing omnichannel campaign execution, creating and optimising campaigns, analysing traffic data and solving problems.
- Plan, execute and manage the daily content of various channels within ecosystem of partners.
- Responsible for tracking, attribution, and overall data access to analyse key metrics including cost to acquire, quality of sales by source, and return on investment.
- Support partners’ operation and manage partner marketing communications to achieve mutual revenue goals.
- Other tasks as assigned.

- Basic business acumen.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in business administration, marketing, or sales related fields.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies, promotion schemes and digital marketing.
- 5+ years of experience in partnership development or partnership marketing (across industries) or financial/insurance sales.
- Good analytics & reporting & problem- solving skills.
