Client & Stakeholder Management
Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders to ensure transparency, high- quality deliverables, and strong client satisfaction.
Act as a trusted advisor on analytics and competitive intelligence, helping stakeholders interpret complex datasets and apply insights to strategic decision- making.
Manage relationships with cross- market stakeholders across the APAC region, ensuring alignment on project scope, reporting frameworks, and delivery timelines.
Collaborate closely with senior leadership and client teams to identify business opportunities and develop workstreams for efficient delivery of Projects.
Support client presentations, strategic discussions, and new business pitches (when required) by delivering customised competitive intelligence insights & reports, and data visualisations/ Dashboards.
Business Process & Operational Excellence
Maintain detailed documentation of process workflows, data governance standards, and project guidelines to support operational continuity and onboarding.
Lead the development and optimization of analytics workflows, reporting processes, and operational frameworks to improve efficiency and scalability.
Coordinate with cross- functional teams to ensure effective project execution, clear task ownership, and timely delivery of analytical outputs.
Establish standardised reporting methodologies, QA procedures, and documentation practices to ensure consistency across regional markets.
Drive automation initiatives and process improvements to reduce manual dependencies, accelerate turnaround times, and enhance productivity.
Support resource planning and workload prioritization, enabling the team to manage multiple concurrent analytics projects across different markets.
Project Management
Define project scope, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation to ensure efficient planning and execution.
Lead regular project status updates and stakeholder communications, providing visibility on progress, key insights, and potential issues.
Maintain clear project documentation, also ensuring all analytical outputs undergo structured QA processes to maintain data accuracy and reporting quality.
Coordinate with regional teams, cross- functional stakeholders, and data partners to ensure smooth execution of projects across multiple markets.
Manage end- to- end delivery of analytics and reporting projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and client expectations.
Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, scope changes, and operational challenges to ensure timely delivery.
Team Leadership & Capability Development
Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation within the analytics function.
Review analytical outputs and dashboards to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with business objectives and client requirements.
Manage & Guide a team of Data analysts & Interns, strengthening data literacy, analytical capabilities, and reporting best practices within the team.
Yêu cầu công việc
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with regional stakeholders and senior leadership.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including pivot tables, dashboards, and analytical presentations.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in data analytics, data engineering, ETL processes, and automation using SQL and Python in Cloud environments like Google Cloud Platform or Microsoft Fabric.
Comfortable working in fast- paced, results- driven environments and collaborating with diverse regional teams.
Experience working in a media agency, marketing, or advertising ecosystem, with familiarity in media analytics or marketing performance reporting, is preferred.
Strong experience with BI platforms such as Looker Studio, Tableau, and Power BI.
Basic understanding of statistical analysis, research methodologies, and data- driven decision frameworks.
Hands- on experience in data integration, transformation, and analysis using SQL, BigQuery, and Python, with familiarity in Google Cloud Platform environments.
Experience working with regional teams and multi- market projects within the APAC region, ideally in the Marketing function.
Self- motivated and proactive, with a strong interest in leveraging AI and automation within the media and analytics ecosystem.
Highly organized and detail- oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively.
