SCOPE OF POSITION
The Brand and Communication Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company’s communication strategies/plans to enhance brand awareness, maintain a positive public image, and ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external channels. This role acts as a key liaison between the company and its stakeholders, including media, customers, employees, and the public, to effectively convey the company’s vision, values, and goals; Significantly maintain a strong brand presence of real estate projects, but are not limited to hotel and resorts, villas and condominium sales, retail, recreation, theme park and other suitable potential new developments.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES
Strategic Communication Planning:
• Identify target audiences and craft tailored messaging to maximize engagement and impact.
• Develop and implement integrated communication strategies/plans that align with the company/projects’ goals and objectives.
Brand Development:
• Monitor and adapt Brand strategies effectively
• Develop and implement Brand plans that align with the company/projects’ goals and objectives.
Public Relations Management:
• Cultivate relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure favorable coverage and handle crisis communication (if any).
• Act as the company’s spokesperson when required and manage media inquiries.
Brand Management:
• Build and maintain a strong, positive brand image across all communication platforms.
• Ensure consistent brand representation across all channels.
Content Development:
• Oversee the creation of high- quality content for press releases, speeches, articles, website updates, and social media.
• Ensure all content adheres to the company’s brand voice, tone, and guidelines.
Internal Communication:
• Develop internal communication plans to keep employees informed, engaged, and aligned with the Development Division’s requirements.
• Organize newsletters, and other internal communication activities.
Event management:
• Coordinate in operating sales events (if any)
• Plan and execute press conferences, CSR activities, public campaigns.
Measurement and Reporting:
• Prepare reports and recommendations to refine communication approaches based on insights and feedback.
• Track and analyze the performance of communication strategies through KPIs and metrics.
Vendor and Partner Management:
• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners including Brand, PR agencies, Medias, and event to ensure quality and timely delivery of communication services.
• Maintain high standards for communication outputs and leverage external expertise effectively.
